🔗 How do I share a list with others?

  1. Open the app
  2. Tap the share icon (top right)
  3. Choose QR code or invite via contacts
  4. The person scans the QR code or accepts the invite

How do I add an item to the list?

  1. Tap the "+" button on the main screen
  2. Enter the item name
  3. Select quantity and unit (optional)
  4. Tap "Add"
💡 Tip: Use quick add – type the name and press Enter!

📸 How do I use AI recognition from a photo?

  1. Tap the camera icon
  2. Take a photo of a recipe or shopping list
  3. Wait for AI to recognize the items
  4. Review and confirm the recognized items

How do I activate Premium subscription?

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  2. Tap "Premium" or "Upgrade"
  3. Choose monthly or yearly subscription
  4. Confirm purchase with Face ID / Touch ID

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Open iOS Settings on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Find "Zing"
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Note: Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not through the app.

🔄 My data isn't syncing

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Make sure both users are on the same list
  3. Pull down to manually refresh
  4. If the issue persists, try restarting the app

💾 How do I save a list for later use?

  1. Open the list you want to save
  2. Tap the menu (3 dots)
  3. Select "Save list"
  4. Enter a name for the list (e.g. "Weekly shopping")

🗑️ How do I delete my account?

Open Zing and go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Confirm the deletion to permanently remove your Firebase account, profile, shared-list memberships, and local shopping data.

If you have an Apple subscription, cancel it separately in the App Store subscription settings; deleting the account does not cancel Apple billing.
