These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of the Shopping List application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing or using the App, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years old
- You agree to these Terms of Use
- You agree to our Privacy Policy
2. Service Description
Shopping List is an app for managing shopping lists that enables:
- Creating and editing shopping lists
- Sharing lists with other users in real time
- AI categorization of items
- Recognizing ingredients from photos
- Saving and reloading lists
3. User Account
Some features require a user account:
- Account is created automatically with anonymous sign-in or Sign in with Apple
- You are responsible for securing your account
- You must not share account access with others
4. Subscription and Payments
Premium subscription
- The app offers a Premium subscription with additional features
- Subscription renews automatically (monthly or yearly)
- Payment is processed through your Apple ID account
- You can cancel the subscription at any time in iOS settings
Free trial
- New subscription includes a 7-day free trial
- If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged
- After the trial, the subscription automatically continues
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their terms. For refund requests, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Rules of Use
When using the App, you agree that:
- You will not use the App for unlawful purposes
- You will not upload inappropriate, offensive or illegal content
- You will not attempt to access other users' accounts
- You will not attempt to breach systems or circumvent security measures
- You will not use the App for spam or harassment
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features and design, is owned by the developer. Users retain ownership of content they create (shopping lists).
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer is not liable for:
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Damage arising from use of the App
- Content created by other users
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the App. Continued use after changes means you agree to the new Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or limit your access to the App at any time in case of violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. All disputes shall be resolved before the competent court in Slovenia.
